Vianey is an Immigration Consultant, accredited by the Ministry of Immigration Canada through the Regulatory Council of Immigration Consultants of Canada (ICCRC-CRCIC). Check registration here.

She is a lawyer by training originally from Mexico. She has extensive experience in immigration issues by virtue of having worked as Deputy Director of Immigration Regulation at the National Migration Institute for 11 years.

Her passion for immigration led her to seek new horizons, establishing herself in Montreal since 2011. Due to her extensive knowledge and excellent reputation from her career in Mexico, she earned the opportunity to work at the Consulate General of Mexico in Montreal in charge of the department of visas and documentation for foreigners. This experience makes her one of the few professionals who understand in depth the application of Mexican immigration law for foreigners. In these cases she can expertly guide anyone who wishes to visit, study, work or settle in Mexico.

Vianey's years of experience working closely with migrants, combined with her family's experience navigating the Canadian immigration process and her desire to support new immigrants with their immigration procedures, prompted her to study and successfully complete with honors her training as an Immigration Consultant at Humber College Toronto. Her dedication and professionalism within the Hispanic community has earned her an excellent reputation and a vast professional network.

She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC / ACCPI) and Commissioner for Oaths for the province of Quebec and outside of Quebec, granted by the Quebec Ministry of Justice. She can  provide services in Spanish, English and French.
